Off Season Specials: For stays beginning between May 1 and December 14; (and ending before December 15) - Stay for seven nights or longer at $130.00 per night. (This is $20.00 off per night, or $140.00 off a one week stay).
Peak Season Special (For stays beginning on or after December 15 and ending on or before April 15) - Stay for seven nights or longer at $170.00 per night. (This is $40.00 off per night, or $280.00 off a one week stay). Reservation must not overlap blackout dates of February 1-28 or include a Christmas or New Years day holiday.
Quoted rates are for one or two persons. $25 extra per additional person per night. Maximum 4 persons. Hotel Service Charge: 10%. SOME OF THE UNITS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THESE SPECIALS.
For these specials, entire full payment is due within 10 days after reservation. Reservations made at these special rates are nonrefundable and may not be rescheduled. Reservations must be booked directly to qualify for these rates. You must ask for the Internet Special in your email or phone call to obtain these rates. The phone sales person may not tell you about these special rates if you don't ask for them. Specials are not available through any travel wholesaler, but are available through your travel agent if requested, however, there may be a servcie charge by your agent. Payment should be by check or money order.
